About the role
Responsibilities
- Source, identify and engage external partners for business referrals
- Manage ongoing engagement and relationships with partners
- Lead and support offsite and roadshow events
- Onboard partners and business introducers following KYC and CDD procedures
- Acquire new Treasures customers through partners and external channels
- Use data analytics and customer insights to develop campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market changes
- Adhere to bank policies, sales governance, and regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong business and marketing sense
- Sound knowledge of banking products
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
