About the role
Responsibilities
- Review banking procedures to identify and automate manual bottlenecks
- Research and expand global banking and payment partner networks
- Act as a key contact for banks and financial service providers
- Negotiate commercial terms, fee structures, and service agreements
- Manage bank applications, due diligence, and KYB documentation
- Organize banking agreements, contract updates, and account records
- Resolve banking service delays and account issues
- Support internal and external audits with required records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in banking operations, payment operations, or corporate banking administration
- Comfort using AI-driven productivity tools and digital workflows
- Strong background in reviewing financial terms and negotiating agreements
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
