Senior Bartender

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar program by crafting and refining cocktail recipes, seasonal menus, and drink specials
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior bartenders and barbacks during shifts
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination to control costs and minimize waste
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and speed of service across all beverages served
• Handle guest concerns related to the bar experience and support management with operational decisions

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Strong mixology skills with the ability to create original cocktail menus
• Proven leadership and training ability with junior bar staff
• Experience with bar inventory management and cost control
• Prior experience in Dubai or the wider UAE hospitality market is preferred
