Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement territory POA and key account plans
• Partner with cluster/territory teams, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to achieve account objectives
• Engage with cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge and drive sales
• Demonstrate understanding of industry trends and healthcare operations in clinics and hospitals
• Report customer activity in the CRM system and maintain up-to-date customer profiles
• Manage activities within the agreed expense budget aligned with POA priorities
• Continuously develop product knowledge and communication skills through active training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related role
• Proficiency with CRM databases and MS Office
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Relevant local legal qualification
• Strong time management and ability to meet established goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialty care therapy area
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working within the UAE
• Experience in the Rheumatology field
• Experience working in both public and private sectors
• Bachelor's degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
• Experience in Ophthalmology or Endocrinology
