Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the brand vision and lead the evolution of Boldin's visual identity across all touchpoints
• Build the brand engine by creating workflows, tools, and templates for consistent assets at scale
• Partner with marketing on creative directions, campaigns, and deliverables
• Bridge product and brand to create a cohesive experience across the platform
• Co-create and maintain brand and product design systems
• Use AI to accelerate production and exploration while maintaining high craft
• Empathize with customers to ensure brand excellence in every detail

Requirements

• 7+ years of brand design experience, preferably in fintech or trust-heavy domains
• Exceptional portfolio in typography, layout, color, and motion
• Proven experience leading a brand evolution or rebrand from concept to rollout
• Proficiency in integrating AI into creative workflows
• Ability to tie creative work to marketing tests and business results
• Experience partnering with founders and executives in a startup environment
