About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead major launches and company-level brand campaigns end-to-end
- Own the brand campaign calendar and measurement standard
- Lead brand research and benchmarks to guide brand investment
- Partner with PR agencies on earned media and sponsored content
- Build Roo's thought leadership program through research, content and speaking
- Own campaign and PR agency budgets and build repeatable planning systems
Requirements
- Deep experience in integrated, brand or campaign marketing
- Managing PR agencies or earned-media programs
- Cross-functional launch orchestration
- Owning brand research, budgets and agency relationships
- Strong storytelling and measurement judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, tech, marketplaces or mission-driven companies
