About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and analysis activities supporting the expansion of Lilly Direct
- Elicit, analyze, validate, prioritize, and document business, functional, nonfunctional, process, and data requirements
- Create current-state and future-state process models, data models, workflows, and use cases
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain requirements traceability and support backlog refinement and testing
- Partner with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams to sequence work
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience in the direct-to-consumer digital pharmacy industry
- Proven experience producing high-quality business, process, requirements, and data documentation
- Experience with Jira required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile Product Owner experience
- Advanced data and process modeling experience
- Technical writing experience
