Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and audit operational workflows across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Movers, and Accounting
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key metrics such as conversion rates and occupancy
• Design and implement improved processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Translate operational requirements into clear system and technical specifications
• Conduct research and analysis to support business and operational decisions
• Create and maintain clear documentation of business processes, requirements, and SOPs
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or process improvement
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong experience with process mapping and workflow analysis
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to independently take a business problem from identification to implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science
• Experience in storage, logistics, supply chain, or warehousing
• Experience with CRM, ERP, Jira, or other business management platforms
• Understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and AI-powered automation
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects
