Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Document business rules, processes, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for design and development
• Support solution adoption with enablement materials and training
• Validate solutions through UAT and other testing practices

Requirements

• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
• Ability to analyze business models, processes, and data flows
• Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Understanding of UAT and scope/change management
• Advanced English proficiency
