Responsibilities
- Own the entire B2B sales cycle for IT services from outbound prospecting to closing
- Build new pipeline and acquire new enterprise clients
- Manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Meet and exceed sales targets regarding revenue and deal value
- Design and sell consultative, solution-based offerings
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape high-quality proposals
Requirements
- At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or custom software
- Proven success selling to enterprise-level clients
- Track record of measurable sales achievements and quota attainment
- Experience with long sales cycles and complex buying processes
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Fluent, professional English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharma or life sciences industries
- Experience with regulated industries
