Responsibilities

  • Own the entire B2B sales cycle for IT services from outbound prospecting to closing
  • Build new pipeline and acquire new enterprise clients
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets regarding revenue and deal value
  • Design and sell consultative, solution-based offerings
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape high-quality proposals

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or custom software
  • Proven success selling to enterprise-level clients
  • Track record of measurable sales achievements and quota attainment
  • Experience with long sales cycles and complex buying processes
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Fluent, professional English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharma or life sciences industries
  • Experience with regulated industries
