About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, and strategic alliances
- Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through to revenue performance
- Negotiate commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements
- Use AI tools for partner research, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Represent Deriv at conferences, partner meetings, and industry events
Requirements
- Early-career experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Working understanding of IB and affiliate ecosystems, or fast learning pace
- Commercial drive with operational follow-through
- Comfortable working across cultures and markets
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent
- Up to five years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within online trading, FX/CFD, fintech, or digital performance ecosystems
