Senior Business Development Executive - Africa

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, and strategic alliances
• Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through to revenue performance
• Negotiate commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements
• Use AI tools for partner research, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Represent Deriv at conferences, partner meetings, and industry events

Requirements

• Early-career experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
• Working understanding of IB and affiliate ecosystems, or fast learning pace
• Commercial drive with operational follow-through
• Comfortable working across cultures and markets
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent
• Up to five years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within online trading, FX/CFD, fintech, or digital performance ecosystems
