Senior Business Development Executive - CIS

Responsibilities

• Recruit and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, referral and fintech partners across Uzbekistan
• Own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through revenue performance
• Negotiate commission structures, volume targets and support agreements
• Work with Compliance on KYC and due diligence for new partners
• Flag AI-enabled workflow gaps to product and engineering
• Mentor newer Business Development Executives
• Represent Deriv at conferences, partner events and expos

Requirements

• At least three years in business development, partnerships or sales in online trading, FX/CFD, crypto or fintech
• Understanding of IB, referral and affiliate ecosystems
• Proven record of closing deals
• Daily use of AI tools in own workflow
• Knowledge of the Uzbek market and its acquisition channels
• Fluency in English and Uzbek; Russian strongly preferred
• Relevant degree in business, economics or finance, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as Business Development Manager or Country Manager in Uzbekistan
• Experience across other CIS markets
• Other CIS languages
