About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit and grow high-value IBs, affiliates, fintech partners, payment providers, and strategic alliances across MENA markets
- Own the full lifecycle for a complex portfolio, from onboarding through to revenue performance
- Negotiate commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements
- Work inside AI-enabled onboarding and lifecycle systems and provide feedback to product teams
- Mentor newer Business Development Executives on partner conversations and deal structuring
- Represent Deriv at industry conferences and partner events
Requirements
- Approximately five years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Experience within online trading, FX/CFD, fintech, or similar digital ecosystems
- Deep understanding of IB and affiliate ecosystem operations
- Proven track record of closing complex deals
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Experience using AI tools within a professional workflow
