About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual GCC & Middle East business development strategy
- Drive new business acquisition and strengthen key accounts
- Build and maintain a network of travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs
- Identify new revenue opportunities within GCC source markets
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and owners
- Develop joint business opportunities, tactical campaigns, and promotions
- Manage and grow production from existing accounts
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and trade events
- Represent the company at regional and international travel trade exhibitions
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide regular market intelligence and pipeline updates
- Support the development of annual budgets and sales targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in hotel sales development
- Proven experience within the GCC/Middle East leisure market
- Established network of relationships within GCC/ME travel industry
- Proven track record of business generation and revenue growth
- Experience selling luxury hotels
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and relationship-management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of distribution channels
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
What we look for
