About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategy for RLUSD stablecoin and RWA portfolio on the XRP ledger
- Build strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, digital exchanges, PSPs, and crypto native companies
- Lead end-to-end deals from sourcing and analysis to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, legal, and finance teams
- Serve as the primary liaison for partners and prospects in the Middle East & Africa region
- Represent Ripple at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and sales within Banking, Finance, Tech, Consulting, or Crypto
- Relevant experience in Trad-Fi, FinTech, and digital assets
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, tokenization, and stablecoins
- Proven success in closing complex deals and developing first-of-kind partnerships
- Extensive network within financial services, payments, and crypto
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
