About the role
Responsibilities
- Research target companies, industries and marketing context before each contact
- Run short consultative discovery calls using BANT and SPIN methodologies
- Engage CMOs, Heads of Growth and other decision-makers
- Handle objections by articulating product value and securing next steps
- Qualify opportunities and hand off fully documented deals to Account Executives in the CRM
- Use AI tools to optimize research and deepen understanding of the ICP
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in business development, BDR/SDR or B2B sales
- Understanding of the full B2B sales funnel
- Advanced/fluent English
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Confident communication with C-level stakeholders
- Analytical thinking, proactivity and a business-results focus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS
