Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to drive product strategy through data-driven insights
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for product launches and strategic initiatives
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and root causes in customer behavior
• Design and communicate results from experiments and feature launches
• Define event tracking requirements and ensure product telemetry supports meaningful analysis
• Present analytical findings through clear narratives and effective visualizations to technical and executive audiences

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics in B2B SaaS
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
• Proven ability to influence product and business decisions through analytical insights
• Experience analyzing product adoption, engagement, retention, and experimentation
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and LLMs to accelerate analytical workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or other analytical programming languages
• Experience working within high-growth technology organizations
