About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to drive product strategy through data-driven insights
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks for product launches and strategic initiatives
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and root causes in customer behavior
- Design and communicate results from experiments and feature launches
- Define event tracking requirements and ensure product telemetry supports meaningful analysis
- Present analytical findings through clear narratives and effective visualizations to technical and executive audiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics in B2B SaaS
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Proven ability to influence product and business decisions through analytical insights
- Experience analyzing product adoption, engagement, retention, and experimentation
- Strong data storytelling and communication skills
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and LLMs to accelerate analytical workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or other analytical programming languages
- Experience working within high-growth technology organizations
