Senior Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as core BI partner for the Payment business, including Crypto Pay, stablecoin and cross-border payments
• Partner with business, Product, Operations and BD teams to identify issues, growth opportunities and risks
• Build analytical frameworks and deliver insights and recommendations supporting strategy and decisions
• Own deep-dive payment analytics, root cause and attribution analysis across merchants, PSPs and regions
• Use data analysis to support payment growth, conversion, merchant growth and transaction volume
• Own end-to-end analytical projects and build the Payment KPI framework and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or Finance
• 5+ years in BI, business analytics, product analytics or data analysis
• Solid understanding of payment business models and core metrics
• Proficiency in SQL (Hive/ODPS) and Python
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools
• Strong structured thinking, root cause analysis and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BI or analytics at payment platforms or PSPs
• Familiarity with Crypto Pay, stablecoin payments, digital wallets and merchant acquiring
• Experience building metric frameworks from scratch or supporting new product launches
