Senior Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Build systems for managing customer delivery and execute against customer and product priorities
• Develop core business and operational systems and lightweight processes to enable scaling
• Source, attract, and onboard specialized senior talent for growth areas
• Shape the business and operating model for high-growth customer and mission areas
• Lead special projects including strategic investment analysis and infrastructure design
• Partner with finance and engineering to optimize cost structures and improve business performance

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of relevant work experience in national security, management consulting, or high-growth startups
• Proven track record of executing and building new things
• Comfort with recruiting and building strong teams
• Ability to take full responsibility for outcomes and operate autonomously
• Strong judgment in prioritizing problems and deciding between lightweight and robust solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI agents for business processes
• Strong cross-functional project execution skills
• Ability to quickly build credibility with senior leaders
