About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage potential in-home care clients by phone, email, chat and text
- Explain Home Instead services and help families plan for aging at home
- Develop, pilot and refine sales playbooks and consultative sales approaches
- Coach and mentor the Care Solutions Consultant team
- Collaborate with operations, care coordination and marketing teams
- Meet or exceed call volume, conversion and quality metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience, inbound and outbound
- Experience developing sales strategies
- Metrics-driven mindset
- Empathetic, confident communicator
- Experience working remotely and managing time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in home care, healthcare or senior services
Benefits
- Hourly pay of $24.20 to $28.85 plus variable bonus of $10,000 to $15,000
