About the role
Responsibilities
- Personally manage a small caseload of mid to senior professionals and executives through career transitions
- Provide deep support in strategy, positioning, market access, and negotiation
- Focus on placement quality and compensation retention rather than volume
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering outplacement or career transition services within a structured provider (e.g., LHH, Right Management, Korn Ferry, Mercer)
- Deep understanding of APMEA hiring landscapes and GCC labor/visa realities
- Track record in supporting affected employees through transitions
- Ability to work in a boutique environment without highly structured playbooks
