About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and liability targets through high-value cash management mandates
- Identify and pursue high-potential prospects in target sectors
- Develop sales strategy and account plans with Coverage, Global Sales and Product teams
- Run a high-activity sales calling program and build the deal pipeline
- Understand client needs and pitch tailored cash management solutions
- Prepare proposals, secure mandates and oversee revenue ramp after deal activation
- Provide product feedback and support new product development
Requirements
- 7-10 years of cash management business development experience
- Product knowledge in collections, payments and liquidity management
- Working knowledge of corporate treasury and cash practices
- Experience selling cash management across multiple corporate segments
- Strong communication, relationship management and analytical skills
- Track record building a pipeline and exceeding sales targets with new corporate clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Foreign banking experience, especially with banks strong in UAE and Middle East cash management
- Examples of developing out-of-the-box cash management solutions
