Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Channel sales strategy to recruit and develop resellers and service providers
- Focus on hunting and developing new enterprise accounts through managed partners
- Define and execute business plans including Quarterly Business Reviews
- Support managed partners to convert prospects into sales
- Own partner sales opportunities from identification through to closure
- Meet NARR (New and Recurring Revenue) quotas and achieve partner DR targets
- Conduct regular sales training presentations with partner sales teams
- Work with Channel Marketing to drive marketing programs with key partners
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Sr. Channel Manager across the Middle East
- Experience in the security market and cybersecurity technologies
- Outstanding presentation and customer discussion leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate account teams including field sales and systems engineering
- Experience developing and presenting plans to all levels of management
- Proficiency in contract negotiation
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry trends and governmental regulations affecting the target market
- Experience moving partners to higher commitment levels
