Senior Chef de Partie

Responsibilities

• Organize shifting in the section regarding mise-en-place production and service
• Assign tasks to Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs and monitor execution
• Manage daily food, wine, and dry store requisitions to ensure high stock rotation
• Monitor food preparation for portion size, quantity, and quality according to recipe index
• Maintain section cleanliness and complete daily mise-en-place and food storage checklists
• Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef in developing new recipes and menu ideas
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding fire, hygiene, and safety

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sr. Chef de Partie role
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English
