About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as primary post-sale point of contact and build long-term client partnerships
- Lead post-sale implementation by defining business needs, configuring recommendations and establishing ROI metrics
- Analyze and monitor client dashboards for usability and model performance insights
- Document all project management phases and maintain detailed client engagement records
- Collaborate weekly with Sales, Product, Data Science and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in a post-sale client relationship role
- Experience supporting implementation and ongoing client engagement
- Exceptional organizational, communication and documentation skills
- Proven track record in project or account management
- Experience with CRM tools and Excel
- Customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior health insurance industry experience
- Underwriting background
- Salesforce experience
