Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall relationships with assigned PBM clients, including touchbases, contract deliverables, and resolving escalations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries and lead quarterly/annual business reviews
  • Partner with the Implementation Team to ensure seamless transitions for new clients
  • Gather client requirements for annual open enrollment, including benefit changes and customizations
  • Identify operational trends and work with vendor partners to implement preventative measures
  • Support Rightway partners by interpreting plan design and resolving claims, benefit, and enrollment issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-8 years of experience in pharmacy operations
  • Strong client management and pharmacy benefit knowledge
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
