About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee site, country and vendor/CRO operations for clinical trials
- Serve as Sponsor contact for external service providers and track deliverables against timelines and budget
- Review monitoring reports, protocol deviations and data quality metrics
- Act as Clinical Operations Trial Lead where assigned, from protocol synopsis through CSR
- Maintain inspection readiness and GCP/ICH compliance
- Review study documents, site contracts, budgets and vendor invoices
- Contribute to SOP development and process improvement
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences
- Minimum 6 years clinical trial experience in pharma or CRO
- Experience managing clinical trials, ideally in psychiatry
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience managing teams in a virtual environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in vendor management
