About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Moneybox's team of Financial Coaches and Advice Coaches
- Own team competence and quality standards
- Manage how technology, including video calls and AI, supports customer conversations before, during, and after calls
- Oversee the shared service providing both non-advised coaching and regulated advice journey support
- Collaborate with the Director of Advice, Senior Financial Advisers, and Head of Proposition
