Responsibilities
- Negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements
- Serve as a key legal partner to the sales organization
- Help build a scalable go-to-market legal function
- Work closely with sales leadership and senior stakeholders on complex transactions
- Develop processes and tools to support continued growth
Requirements
- Experience in commercial law and contract negotiation
- Ability to work within a dynamic, high-impact legal team
- Experience in cloud computing or AI sectors preferred
