Senior Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead major compliance projects such as market access and regulatory remediation
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
• Own compliance responsibilities for assigned regions and regulatory domains
• Oversee regulatory reporting requirements including transaction and position reporting
• Manage regulatory examinations and inquiries
• Serve as compliance point of contact for assigned business areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications such as Series 7, 24, or 57
• 7-10+ years of compliance experience in financial services
• At least 3 years in electronic or algorithmic trading
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or JD degree
• Experience at a proprietary trading or HFT-focused firm
• Experience with regulatory bodies and industry groups
