Senior Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory gap analyses and track remediation actions
• Perform regulatory horizon scanning for UAE and GCGRA developments
• Provide regulatory advice and obtain necessary approvals
• Prepare regulatory reports and management information
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies
• Execute the Compliance Monitoring Programme through testing
• Document compliance testing results and track corrective actions
• Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field
• Professional qualification in compliance, governance, or risk management is advantageous
• Commercial experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in lottery, gaming, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in regulatory reporting and documentation
