Senior Compliance Specialist, Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of purchase orders, purchasing processes and documentation
• Prepare and manage customer flow-down documents for suppliers
• Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system
• Develop corrective action plans and update compliance policies
• Provide compliance training and guidance to procurement staff
• Identify process improvements for compliance and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant compliance experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS and NASA FAR Supplement
• Experience working within a CPSR approved system

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of government contract and procurement principles
• Ability to research regulatory requirements of customer contracts
