Senior Consultant, Agentic Change Enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact transformations and serve as the human-side anchor on engagements.
• Embed with client project teams to ensure employees are prepared, equipped, and motivated to adopt new ways of working.
• Activate and scale delivery playbooks to foster deep organizational alignment and tangible business outcomes.
• Report to the Senior Director to drive strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Strategic and client-facing experience in change enablement.
• Experience leading high-import transformations.
• Knowledge of emerging "agentic work" paradigm and technologies like Google Cloud and Gemini.
• Ability to embed with client teams to ensure adoption of new technologies.
