About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and participate in ICFR implementation, accounting standards and governance engagements
- Prepare client deliverables and maintain client management relationships
- Escalate risks and ensure work complies with Quality & Risk Management guidelines
- Coach and develop junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- At least 4 years in a Big 4 environment
- Experience in ICFR, corporate governance and board support
- Experience managing teams and multiple engagements
- Relevant certification such as CIA, ACCA, CRMA, GRCP or GRCA
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Arabic
