Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete workstreams or manage smaller engagements directly
• Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation
• Manage case or workstream teams including workload planning, delegation, and coaching
• Build relationships with junior and mid-level client stakeholders
• Lead presentations and communicate recommendations and insights to clients
• Support business development activities including research and proposal development
• Support the development of junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or advisory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and professional ambition
• Ability to manage workstreams independently
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience leading workstreams or smaller consulting engagements
• Additional language capabilities at business communication level
