Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new contract opportunities within the Salesforce and IBM Maximo ecosystems
  • Build relationships with System Integrators, Consulting Partners, and End Clients
  • Drive outbound activity via LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
  • Monitor job boards to identify roles where consultants can be immediately supplied
  • Market available "bench" consultants to the market proactively
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, qualifying, and negotiating terms
  • Build and manage a personal pipeline of clients and active deals

Requirements

  • 2+ years in tech recruitment (contract experience preferred)
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to win clients and close deals
  • Experience in Salesforce, IBM Maximo/EAM, or AI/Cloud/Data sectors
  • Strong lead generation and outbound sales skills
