Responsibilities

• Build the corporate legal function from the ground up
• Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Define key processes and lead the legal department's strategy
• Drive scalable growth through innovation and optimization of risk management
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to champion a collaborative culture
• Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Requirements

• Experience in commercial law and software licensing
• Expertise in professional service arrangements and intellectual property
• Knowledge of business development, distribution, and marketing arrangements
• Solid understanding of privacy law
• Experience with contract and business processes, employment law, procurement, patents, insurance, and corporate finance and governance
