- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial, partnership and energy storage agreements
- Negotiate battery energy storage system (BESS) contracts
- Assess potential legal and commercial risks
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Senior in-house or commercial attorney experience
- Deep experience in energy markets
- Direct experience negotiating BESS contracts
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
