About the role
Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate and draft commercial contracts, technology, data protection, IP and vendor agreements
- Lead negotiation and management of strategic commercial partnerships
- Serve as legal partner to the product team on consumer protection compliance
- Own and manage the company privacy program
- Advise colleagues on IP, advertising, food safety and regulatory matters
- Identify and mitigate business and legal risks
- Support corporate governance and strategic transactions including M&A and financings
Requirements
- 6-12 years of relevant experience, ideally mixing law firm and in-house work
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience using legal AI tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
