About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform all financial transactions in a risk-free manner while maintaining set service standards
- Ensure adherence to policies and processes to minimize operational losses
- Handle branch-related counter transactions
- Replace the Customer Service Manager (CSM) during their absence
Requirements
- Experience in retail banking counter services
- Ability to manage financial transactions accurately
- Knowledge of banking policies and operational risk management
