Senior Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop digital-first strategies across brand, social, web, display, email, and emerging channels
• Translate customer objectives, market insights, and performance data into clear creative briefs
• Partner with Creative Leads, Designers, Copywriters, and Project Managers to develop creative concepts
• Build trusted relationships with customers by providing strategic guidance
• Use research, audience insights, and competitive analysis to inform creative direction
• Apply AI tools throughout the strategy process for research, ideation, and optimization
• Contribute to testing frameworks to improve creative performance
• Present strategies and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy within a creative, advertising, digital, or marketing agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and platform-specific storytelling
• Experience developing creative strategies and writing actionable creative briefs
• Ability to turn research and performance data into strategic recommendations
• Strong presentation and communication skills with customer-facing experience
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams
• Proficiency using AI tools to support research and ideation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
