About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and onboard creators to fill live rosters for large and complex brand accounts
- Execute outreach strategies to move the acquisition funnel
- Ensure rosters are filled accurately and within tight timelines
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Creator Acquisition on overall strategy
- Meet KPIs related to roster turnaround time, first-round approval rates, and on-time delivery
