About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Facility and Security documents in English and Arabic based on Sharia-compliant templates
- Validate executed finance documents to confirm authorized signatories and constitutional compliance
- Ensure timely registration and perfection of securities and collaterals with relevant authorities
- Maintain facility limits, review dates, collateral records, and risk grades
- Verify credit approvals align with the Delegation of Lending Authority (DLA)
- Coordinate with business, credit, risk, legal, and Sharia stakeholders to resolve queries
- Support process automation and simplification initiatives within the Credit Control Department
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of banking experience
- At least 3 years of experience in credit documentation and operations
- Thorough understanding of Islamic Banking Asset and liabilities products
- Strong knowledge of Credit risk Policies and CCD functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Sound analytical ability and strong PC skills
