Senior Credit Control Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Facility and Security documents in English and Arabic based on Sharia-compliant templates
• Validate executed finance documents to confirm authorized signatories and constitutional compliance
• Ensure timely registration and perfection of securities and collaterals with relevant authorities
• Maintain facility limits, review dates, collateral records, and risk grades
• Verify credit approvals align with the Delegation of Lending Authority (DLA)
• Coordinate with business, credit, risk, legal, and Sharia stakeholders to resolve queries
• Support process automation and simplification initiatives within the Credit Control Department

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of banking experience
• At least 3 years of experience in credit documentation and operations
• Thorough understanding of Islamic Banking Asset and liabilities products
• Strong knowledge of Credit risk Policies and CCD functions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Sound analytical ability and strong PC skills
