Senior Customer Engineer, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures
• Define and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) plans and technical evaluations
• Oversee technical onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients
• Drive customer adoption and value realization through structured migration blueprints
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle
• Leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks and workflows
• Design and govern technical resources and best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management
• Ability to design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment
• Deep understanding of Internet fundamentals (OSI Model, BGP, DNS, HTTP(S))
• Expertise in at least four technical areas including Security, Performance, AI Proficiency, Coding, or Developer Platforms
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of creating and delivering technical enablement
• Experience with LLM orchestration and RAG architectures
• Understanding of regulatory requirements like PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC 2
• Background in hyperscalers or digital native environments
