Senior Customer Engineer, Turkey

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures
• Define and scope success criteria for Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical evaluations
• Provide oversight for technical onboarding and design migration blueprints
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle
• Leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks and documentation
• Partner with the Enablement Team to create technical resources and best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Technical Account Management
• Strong architectural mindset for enterprise network and security design
• Commercial mindset with understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles
• Depth in at least four areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI Proficiency, Coding/Scripting, or Developer Platform Fluency
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of creating technical enablement workshops and documentation
• Experience with LLM orchestration and RAG architectures
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC 2
• Background in hyperscalers, digital natives, or distributed systems environments
