About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure customer accounts, backup policies, and storage
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for the Veeam Data Platform
- Conduct recovery simulations and DRMM assessments
- Identify migration opportunities and analyze usage
- Monitor churn risk and partner on renewal strategies
- Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders with technical and risk updates
- Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap
- Collaborate on marketing-informed campaigns to drive expansion
What we look for
- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles
- Data backup and recovery expertise
- Advanced English fluency
- VMCE certification required
- Hands-on expertise in virtualization and cloud platforms
- Experience with operating systems and storage
