About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of Recharge's largest and most complex merchants
- Own and lead renewal strategy by demonstrating platform ROI
- Advise merchants on strategic use of new and existing features
- Act as a product expert to optimize the subscriber journey
- Champion merchant needs across internal teams
- Resolve issues with urgency and accountability
- Facilitate QBRs and EBRs to surface key results and growth levers
- Maintain deep understanding of portfolio metrics and stakeholder updates
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS accounts
- Experience managing accounts within e-commerce
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate goals into actionable plans
- Highly proficient with MS Excel and CSV
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
